90 Ft Saadiyat House Boat — Saadiyat House Boat Wedding Twenty guests on a boat this size gives the Saadiyat more deck per person than any other house boat in the fleet. Couples book it for one reason above all others: photographs. There is space to set a full floral arch, space for a photographer to back away and get the whole scene in frame, and space for the guests to stay out of that frame while it happens. Space On Board Three distinct areas. A forward deck wide enough for a ceremony arch with clear water either side of it. A covered central saloon, air-conditioned, with lounge seating and the cake table. A rear deck for the guests, shaded, with room for a buffet or a seated group of twenty. Nothing has to be moved or cleared between the ceremony and the reception, because each part of the evening has its own place. Saadiyat Waters This one is based on the Saadiyat side rather than the city front, and the route follows the Saadiyat coastline — the beaches, the low dune shore, the dome of Louvre Abu Dhabi — before turning toward the Corniche skyline for the sunset half of the shoot. It is a noticeably greener, quieter stretch of water than the Corniche run. What You Get The package is two hours with captain and crew, the wedding decoration installed before you board, and the wedding cake. Extra hours add the boat's hourly rate only. Timing The Ceremony For a photography-led wedding, book three hours and start two hours before sunset: arch and ceremony in soft light, couple portraits along the Saadiyat shore, then the cake as the sun goes down.
